Concerns can be raised in confidence with a line manager, a senior manager, or through internal reporting routes designed to protect those who speak up.
No individual who raises a concern in good faith will suffer any form of retaliation. Reports will be treated seriously, investigated promptly, and handled as sensitively as possible. Where appropriate, we will cooperate fully with relevant authorities.
Training and Awareness
We provide training and guidance to relevant staff, particularly those involved in recruitment, procurement, and supplier management, to help them identify indicators of modern slavery and understand how to respond. Awareness is also raised through internal communications and updates on ethical sourcing practices.
